Invited Distinguished Professor Takeo Kanade has received 2024 BBVA Foundation Frontiers of Knowledge Award in the information and communication technologies category “for developing mathematical foundations that underlie the current capabilities of computers and robots to comprehend and interpret visual images and scenes”.
The Award Ceremony will be held in June 2024.
